Terms of Service
In the course of it’s business for it's clients, Webineyes Production Services supports the provision of Courses, Classes, Webinars, Recorded Lectures, Conferences, Meetings and other on-line events. By contracting Webineyes for your event, you agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
By entering into a contractual agreement with Webineyes, consent is given by you for your details to be provided to Zoom to enable set-up of the virtual session. Zoom is the hosting platform used to provide Webineyes’ events. You can view Zoom’s policies on their website:
You should ensure that you have full permission from the relevant Author, Presenter or Company for use of any reference materials used during or after the virtual event. These may include: slides, recordings or other material and it is your responsibility to obtain approval where necessary. Any breach of copyright, including recording, showing the presentation or any unauthorized use of the material may result in legal action from a 3rd party and Webineyes is not liable for any failure on your part to obtain any approvals.
Links and References
If your virtual event contains links to other websites or other references, Webineyes makes no representations about the accuracy of such information on these websites, books or documents, nor is it liable for such. Webineyes does not accept responsibility for your participants' privacy or security on such websites.
The platform Zoom enables the recording of webinars and other online events. If you wish to have your event recorded, then it is your responsibility to obtain consent from any identified participants, for the future storage, or display of such recordings.
Webineyes may provide training for Presenters prior to a virtual event. however, does not accept any responsibility for the performance of any Presenter during your event.
Webineyes provides production services only and is therefore not liable for the content or quality of any presentation, webinar or other training event. No responsibility is taken by either Webineyes or any Presenter for the achievement of any expected learning outcomes from participants.
Continuing Education Accreditation and Points
The accreditation of “Continuing Education Points” may be sought by Webineyes on your behalf, in advance, from selected professional bodies for selected types of eye care providers, for some presentations in selected countries. Webineyes does not take responsibility for the application of rules and regulations, incomplete information, rejection of points, or any change of rules and regulations.
Webineyes accepts no responsibility nor recourse if the clientt decides to cancel or postpone their virtual event. All correspondence regarding this should be made by the client to their participants.
